I just want to hold up an ecosystem that meaningfully supports women in Abu Dhabi, both personally and professionally. Abu Dhabi is a powerful enabler of this vision, especially for mothers, as it nurtures family life, entrepreneurship and wellbeing in the wholehearted sense of the word.

When I arrived in Abu Dhabi, I started a community called Saadiyat Mums, which began as a simple way to connect, but has grown into a thriving network. Through it I discovered an extraordinary amount of talent, ambition, and expertise, which led me to create Saadiyat Mum Entrepreneurs. We are a small group of women dedicated to helping each other build our businesses, confidence, visibility, and momentum around their ideas and businesses.

I lead this with joy having spent 8 years in Finance and Management Consulting doing Business Development.

Teaching fitness classes is a vehicle for the real work to happen. Here, we gain access to one another's strength, wisdom, and energy, which cultivates belonging, confidence, and self-belief.

For me, self-belief is one of the most powerful gifts we can instil in another person, and it sits at the heart of how I raise my daughter to be fearless, grounded in self-worth, and honourable.
